This game was certainly a heartbreaker but I don’t think it's a game we need to worry about.
The Bills played well but just weren't at the top of their game, defence seemed to struggle stopping the Titans offence and the Bills offence struggled to score in the red zone (not scoring touchdowns at the beginning really hurt us). I think that in the end the Bills had a good game but the Titans were just able to stop them and put up a couple more big plays than the Bills. As for the 4th and 1 decision, I think going for it was the right call, 9/10 times Josh gets that 1st down. It was a good call, we wanted to win right then and there, we didn’t want that game in overtime. And just because the Bills offence didn’t end up getting that first down and scoring does not mean we should forget how Josh was clutch and brought them down the field to give us a chance to score. That was some MVP caliber play from him.
Of course we would have liked to win that game but losing this game was not that big of a deal, we are 4-2, we beat the Chiefs, we are leading the AFC East and we are still one of the best teams in the league. Similar to last year the Bills had a tough loss and now have a bye week… last year, after the bye, we didn't lose a game until the AFC Championship. The Bills are going to take this bye week to regroup and come back better and determined. Don’t worry Bills Mafia, we got this. GO BILLS!
Also I feel bad for the Dolphins. They have to face an angry and pumped up Bills team on Halloween in Buffalo. That will be a spooky and scary game for them ;)
